Macau Sniper Fund ("MSF") is a private closed-end fund targeting non-gaming leisure property opportunities in Macau. The Fund aims to generate returns of at least 25% per annum for shareholders through the acquisition, redevelopment and repositioning of traditional properties into attractive retail and food and beverage destinations in emerging areas of Macau.

The Fund has successfully completed a first round of capital raising in October 2011.
